Terms and Conditions
Woodford Education Ltd
These Terms and Conditions apply to all educational services provided by Woodford Education Ltd, including assessments, individual tuition, group programmes and educational consultancy.
By booking a service with Woodford Education Ltd, parents or guardians agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Woodford Education Ltd provides:
academic assessments
individual tuition
small group tuition programmes
educational consultancy and school advisory services
Our provision is designed to support pupils academically and to help families make informed educational decisions.
While we aim to provide the highest quality preparation and guidance, Woodford Education Ltd cannot guarantee admission to any particular school or examination outcome.
2. Bookings
Places on programmes and tutoring sessions must be booked in advance.
A booking is confirmed only when:
a booking form has been completed, and
payment has been received in accordance with the payment terms.
Places are intentionally limited in order to maintain small group sizes and high-quality provision.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are clearly stated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
programme fees must be paid in full prior to the start date
individual tuition sessions must be paid in advance or according to the agreed schedule
Woodford Education Ltd reserves the right to release a place if payment has not been received by the stated deadline.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Programme places are intentionally limited and reserved in advance.
Group Programmes
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date may receive a refund minus a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Individual Tuition
Sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Where possible, we will always seek to accommodate reasonable changes.
5. Missed Sessions
If a pupil is unable to attend a session due to illness or other commitments:
group sessions cannot usually be replaced or refunded
individual sessions may be rescheduled where sufficient notice is provided
6. Programme Changes
Woodford Education Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programmes where necessary.
This may include:
changes to teaching staff
minor schedule adjustments
adjustments to session format where required
Such changes will always aim to maintain the quality and integrity of the programme.
7. Pupil Conduct
We expect all pupils to behave respectfully and engage positively in sessions.
In rare circumstances where behaviour significantly disrupts the learning of others, Woodford Education Ltd reserves the right to withdraw a pupil from the programme. In such cases refunds may not be offered.
8. Parental Responsibility
Parents or guardians remain responsible for their child’s welfare and behaviour during sessions.
Parents must ensure that Woodford Education Ltd is informed of any relevant medical, behavioural or learning needs that may affect a pupil’s participation.
9. Safeguarding
Woodford Education Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
All tutors are expected to adhere to our safeguarding procedures and professional standards. A full Safeguarding Policy is available on our website or upon request.
10. Online Sessions
Where sessions are delivered online:
sessions must take place through approved platforms
parents are responsible for ensuring an appropriate learning environment
pupils should join sessions punctually and remain respectful
11. Attendance and Punctuality
Pupils are expected to attend sessions punctually and prepared to engage in learning.
Late arrival may result in reduced teaching time and sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
12. Data Protection
Woodford Education Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Information provided during booking may be used for:
delivering educational services
communication with parents regarding sessions and programmes
administrative purposes

13. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during Woodford Education programmes, including worksheets, teaching resources and assessment materials, remain the intellectual property of Woodford Education Ltd.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
14. Educational Advice
Any advice, assessment outcomes or recommendations provided by Woodford Education Ltd are based on professional judgement and the information available at the time.
Such guidance is intended to support informed decision-making by families and does not guarantee admission to any particular school.
15. Liability
Woodford Education Ltd will take reasonable care in the provision of services.
However, we cannot accept liability for:
loss of personal property during sessions
outcomes relating to school admissions or examination performance
16. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Woodford Education Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering services where such delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, venue closure, or technical disruption.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
